Scope of Work:
Our scope of work in the Gulu USMID Road Project included the consultancy services and supervision of the construction of the Alur, Okello Okeno, Samuel Doe, Queen Elizabeth, and Eden AC14 asphalt concrete roads (4.834 km), along with associated ancillary works, including the installation of solar street lights. This involved overseeing site preparation, road paving, drainage installation, and the implementation of modern road safety features. By applying advanced construction techniques and materials, we aimed to ensure the delivery of durable, high-quality infrastructure that met the highest standards, contributing to the overall enhancement of urban service delivery in Gulu City.
Project Objectives:
The primary objective of the Gulu USMID Road Project was to improve urban access and service delivery by enhancing the infrastructure within Gulu Municipality.
